Senior Researcher/PM, Index RebalPrincipal Responsibilities- Working alongside the PM on developing index rebal strategies, with a primary focus on: idea generation, data gathering and research/analysis, model implementation and backtesting for index rebal strategies.
- Combine sound financial insights and index rebalancing strategies deep knowledge and experience.
- Collaborate with the PM in a transparent environment, engaging with the whole investment process
Preferred Technical Skills- Strong research and programming skills
- Working knowledge of Matlab/Python and SQL are necessary
- Masters degree in a quantitative subject such as Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
C++ Developer, Systematic Futures TradingPrincipal Responsibilities- Partner closely with Quant Researchers and Quant Developers to develop market data and order execution tools for systematic trading and monitoring
- Assist in designing and maintaining tools for the systematic trading infrastructure of the team
- Perform data analysis and generate live and historical analytical reports
- Stay current on state-of-the-art technologies and tools including technical libraries, computing environments and academic research
- Collaborate with the PM and the trading group in a transparent environment, engaging with the whole investment process
Preferred Technical Skills- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or related STEM field
- Strongly skilled/expert in modern C++ programming (C++11/ C++14/C++17)

Business Analyst - CommoditiesPrincipal Responsibilities- Evaluate, synthesize and recommend new opportunities to expand platform capabilities and value proposition for PMs
- Create and maintain financial models that support new business initiatives and drive accountability
- Develop, manage and report on key business metrics, providing management transparency and directly informing our strategic roadmap and prioritization
- Manage cross-functional execution and reporting across diverse set of initiatives and domains
- Design and manage key processes, with a keen focus on automation to scale core functions
- Gain exposure to, and develop trusted partnerships with, world-class investment, technology, business and operations professionals
Qualifications/Skills Required- 5+ years of experience, preferably in a financial markets or fintech-focused corporate development role, management consulting, or business-aligned financial planning and analysis function
- Strong financial modeling and data analysis capabilities, including Python, SQL, and Excel
- Analytical rigor, with natural ability to align business objectives with financials and KPIs
- Strong project management skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively across broad set of domains and stakeholder groups
- Inclination for action
- Skilled multi-tasker and detail oriented, with high degree of organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
